Dress Code & Weather

For daily sessions and conference functions, the attire is business casual. Yes, jeans are acceptable! If additional activities are planned that require specific attire, EVMC will let all of the attendees know. Things to consider when packing:

  • Bring comfortable clothing and shoes for some off-site events that may require walking or being on your feet for an extended period of time.
  • The conference rooms can be chilly so bring a sweater or jacket if you think you might like an extra layer.
  • You might also want to leave extra room in your suitcase to return home with conference materials.
  • For the 11th Annual EVMC Awards, there is no official dress code however, we encourage everyone to dress to impress!

Travel + Transportation

TRANSPORTATION SUGGESTIONS

The Sacramento International Airport is located 9.5 Miles from the Hyatt Regency Sacramento. Taxis and Ride share services are the best transportation options to and from the hotel.

Parking for Overnight Guests at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento

Overnight guests are welcome to valet or self-park. For self-parking, we recommend utilizing the public garage located on 12th and L Street. Although the City Parking garage is attached to the Hyatt Regency Sacramento, it is a public parking garage that is utilized by multiple businesses, including the Capitol building. Space may be limited and available based on first come first serve basis.
