Code of Conduct

There is an expectation for behavior at all EVMC events and online interactions. Please refer to EVMC’s full Code of Conduct for detailed information. Consequences for violations of EVMC’s Code of Conduct (e.g., removal from event, reporting to authorities) will be at the discretion of EVMC’s Officers and event managers.

 

Media and Photography Consent

Photos and videos may be taken during EVMC events and used for promotional purposes, including being posted on the EVMC website.

Third-party or external links on the EVMC website will take you off the EVMC website. EVMC is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

 

Volunteer and Speaker Terms

EVMC welcomes a number of industry students, volunteers, speakers, and panelists participating in EVMC events. Terms and conditions for these participants will be shared in conjunction with their respective responsibilities in May-June of every year.

 

Sponsorship and Partnership Disclosures

EVMC partners and sponsors are represented and presented on the EVMC website and at EVMC events.
