EVMC instituted their annual scholarship fundraising in 2004 to benefit the organization’s Intern and Scholarship programs. The goal was to provide support for transportation, registration fees and hotel expenses for the conference interns and scholarship recipients. Since the program's inception, the conference has raised just over $80,000!
This year our silent auction will feature great prizes including signed merchandise, VIP tour packages, tickets to major events and much more. Make sure to visit the registration area to check out the auction and bid on your favorite item. Bidding ends on Friday at 2:30 p.m. SHARP, so bid early and often to get your favorite item!
We will also host a 50/50 raffle that will be drawn on Friday at lunch. Must be present to win, so don’t miss out on your chance to take home half the money raised!
We will also feature two fun heads and tails game during lunch each day! Grab your beads and warm up your hands to get ready to win a great prize!
50/50 and heads and tails beads can be purchase at registration and throughout the conference. We welcome cash, checks, and credit cards.
